PhoeniX-Storms Working Traffic Lights

Each model was modified in a hex editor to reference textures sourced from a copy of PS version 2. These textures have been modified to operate with fewer frames, eliminating the size issue of the original.

I also created a separate set of models to behave as UK traffic lights (Green > Amber > Red > Red/Amber > Green) for convenience.

It is important to note that the original models and textures are not my own, and due credits are provided below. The models are released under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 in order to protect the original creators.
