Weapon Remover/Giver [Restored weaponremover.lua]

An attempt to fix https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=151564834 because the author accidentally (or purposely) deleted weaponremover.lua and the gmwrag.lua here contains AddCSLuaFile("weaponremover.lua")

So I used https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3389342505 to re-add back weaponremover.lua [with some chatGPT improvement], and voila, now that pesky AddCSLuaFile: Couldn't find ' weaponremover.lua'
