@Rayan_293 based on the new state modifiers that Gotterdamerung added, perhaps add unique state modifiers for Donbas state (Stalino, Voroshilovgrad) that increases resource efficiency, construction speed, factory output, maybe increase the specific resources from those two states, and if you would really want to expand things perhaps even decisions specific to developing the Donbas

If explain this idea to me in more detail, I could do it, I have some experience in this area.

That's a very good idea, but this is actually my first mod. My other mods are translations or graphic ones. Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to do it

Jokes aside could you also maybe add more industrial/state modifiers to the Donbas as well? Like urban fighting terrain or just one of those new state modifiers to represent the massive steel production, factories, urban terrain, etc... force players to basically do what happened irl and be forced to bypass/encircle it instead of fighting inside
