描述
Adds lower division leagues and realistic promotion and relegation to the entire German league system.
New: Adds playable Oberliga including realistic promotions!

+ Fixed regional division fail.
+ Fixed league history records for regional liga divisions.
+ Fixed wrong amount of promotion places

Created using advanced rules: Acticates default youth league system and youth cup for Germany.

Removed Bremen III as fix for the team due to U19 and youth team issues.

- No person changed! All PA/CA untouched.
- Regional leagues added to all German teams
- Inactive 6th division added as container for regional upgrades

Fixes compared to my first file:
- DFB Pokal Runner up no longer qualifies for Euro League
- Fixes Substitute rule in all leagues and cups (3 from 7 instead of 2+GK from 5)

Kudos to all who reported bugs.
Kudos for support to Eckfahne (regional divisions help), Bloody (rule support) and Timmeh (Bremen U19 fix inspiration)

WILL YOU UPDATE THE NAMES OF THE II (U23) TEAMS. Most FM15 users have the 'fix' for real club/league/competition names etc (http://www.fmscout.com/a-daniel-fm15-real-name-fix.html) . It looks ridiculous when your first team is called 'FC Schalke 04', and your second team is called 'Gelsenkirchen II' for example.

You need to update the names of the II (U23) teams. Most FM15 users have the 'fix' for real club/league/competition names etc (http://www.fmscout.com/a-daniel-fm15-real-name-fix.html) .
