Decisions to buy Greenland and Canada

Yep, this mod adds decisions for the US to buy Greenland and Canada. Now there are also decisions to core these territories. The required conditions and payments are probably balanced enough. All changes to the US leader are cosmetic only. If you spot any bugs or have a suggestion, let me know in the comments.

Evidently not compatible with achievements and multiplayer.

If you want good old Franklin Delano Roosevelt back, you can open the mod folder and delete the folders "replace" (mod folder > localisation > english > replace) and "gfx" (mod folder > gfx).
