This mod has been replaced and the Nimrod is now included in the Royal Navy Mod Pack: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3491248180

The RAF's maritime patrol aircraft, proxied from a 707. There will hopefully be a correct model version later, but that will require SeaLifter etc.

Presented in two versions fitting into the Sea Power timeline; the MR.2 and the R.1. The MR.2 is available with multiple loadouts:

ASW with Sing Ray torpedoes and Jezebel sonobouys
Anti Ship with Harpoons
SEAD with AS-37 Martels
Strike with Mavericks

The R.1 is essentially a giant flying passive radar detector and as such carries no weapons.

Dear Brother Munro,

Would you be willing to go over how to do that with airfield at some point. Honestly, could do a Video on it. I have had a hard time with the videos I have seen and doing whats in the video. Sometimes I can't find what you are talking about when I get in Game.

I you are up to it. I would appreciate it. Need to understand how to do the workshop uploads too.

Man I wish they would add the A-4 Skyhawk already. Like Really how can they forget that one???

Anything that requires a custom mesh or texture is way more involved (and completely beyond my abilities). But as for airbases I've started to include them as a unique ground unit in a mission, that way you can open their land unit text file and adjust the air wing to suit.

So we are still waiting for Vanguard and George Washington?? Bu they way Brother Munro how do you change what ships are on a ship/base? And I would love a VF-103 F-14B Jolly Roger skin for my old Squadron. I like the 2002 black and white tails the best.

I’ve started making airfields with the missions to avoid conflicts, feel free to steal the one from Pearl of the Orient it has the nimrods already 😎
