Any server owner looking to actually filter urls for all their addons needs to use https://github.com/CFC-Servers/cfc_http_whitelist since starfall can't do this. I'm deleting comments regarding the whitelist being insufficient (unless there is a real issue and not just the fact image sites can contain porn). Users can tune the whitelist themselves as well.

following the porn thing has honestly been hilarious, but PAC doesn't have any explicit sites whitelisted and before you say "oh ho Dropbox and Imgur!" why not just use those instead if it's so crippling to just say byebye to e621 kind of weird.
