Sound Rebalance

This mod modifies how the game handles sound culling. With this mod enabled, sound clipping and culling will be reduced to minimum when many sounds are played in the same time, and some quiet sfxs will become more audible. Moreover, sounds will stay audible when you zoom out the camera. This is great if you have installed faction mods with good sound effects, or simply for vanilla sfxs. Enjoy the firecrackers.

Note: this mod slightly increases RAM use. If you have a large scale battle, things can get very noisy. Use at your own risk!
