Is this orginazation mainly focus on helping people? I'm just surprise to see such an orginazation that are completely unarmed and still get killed by hostlie npc.

Though, wish they'd be a bit more balanced when fighting other VJ Base NPCs

This is genuinely one of the best NPC mods I've ever seen. The NPC behavior and movement is leagues better than actual "tactical NPC" mods I've seen.
