[EKS] Hostage System Addon - Rescue Point

[EKS] scripts are fully compatible with Public Zeus servers on the Game Master slot.

This is an addon to the "Hostage System" script, which creates a rescue point, where hostages can be automatically rescued by script once they get within 20 meters or less to the point.

How to use:

1. Place down the hostage rescue point wherever you want the hostages to be extracted at.
