I made a patch submod thing to redo all of the modifiers and decisions to not clutter the UI forThe Funding Mod, and also made a version for the addon here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3453422538

Seems that the "States fund" modifier still refers to state limit. Those were removed some versions back so those modifiers don't do anything currently.

sadly it seems you need to make funding mod set anbennar as dependencies. Or I just make it standalone like rn
