This is my first mod for Half-life 2 so it's a little sloppy in some places like how it lacks things like facial animations. The main goal was to make a model that fit in with the world of Half-life 2, for the head i used odessa's head mesh which i then remodeled and retextured into looking like bill. For the pants i simply took the leet terrorist pants from counter strike source and simply made his pants brighter and slimmed them out to match Bill's body. The rest of the body was taken from Bill's retail model and made to be lower poly with new matching textures.
