New map background, inspired by Victoria 2 HFM.
Recommended settings:
Border Quality: Very High (at lower settings, borders disappear when zoomed out)
Civilization Color Alpha: ~15%


Inspired by & samples the 'HOI3 style map' by Linwajun (for the texture over the water)

Great mod, but isn't there an option to prevent it from disappearing when I zoom in? Could you please add something like that?
