Additional Combine Sounds (Normal Combine)

This mod adds new sounds and enables unused sounds for sentences.txt. Includes pain/death sounds for metro police, and some sounds I made myself from existing sounds.

This mod is the 2nd of 2 versions;

1. --Dispatch Combine -- combine communicate with dispatch, have biosignals, and use metro police radio (think of it as combine being levied into the metro police during the uprising)

2. --Normal Combine -- combine soldiers do not communicate with dispatch nor have bio signals
