This mod was recently removed from the steamworkshop, so here it is recovered and reuploaded to save old worlds, builds and savegames which was ruined due to the loss of this mod.

I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CONTENT IN THIS MOD. IT IS SIMPLY REUPLOADED.

Can you change the quality of residential buildings to no higher than 89%? On full early start with research, anything 90%+ requires "Comfort Living" researched, but that's locked behind "Reinforced Panels" stage (which is only available after 1955), which itself is locked behind "Panel Construction" which is not available till 1941.

If you still want Noruc's downtown skins or other deleted mods, your best bet is going to a third party site call Skymods. They Tend to have deleted workshop mods on there. -Sorry typo

If you have trouble decyphering which of your many files is Norch related, you can use Notepad++ or another file editor to search the owner ID which will correlate to the specific files; it is 76561198041396769 - plug this in under "Find in Files" within the "Find What" field in the directory where you have your workshop files stored.

Your hits will come back as $OWNER_ID 76561198041396769; open each hit in ++. rightclick the filename, Open Into > Open Containing Folder in Explorer.

If you check your steam workshop files, anything you were subscribed to created by Norch SHOULD still be there. This is \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784150 - I've already backed up and began converting most of what I already had, but for others, you may have items I didn't already. I'm hoping Norch reaches out as I would be interested in procuring the content he developed to facilitate a new mod bundle.
