BLAME! Killy's Gravitational Beam Emitter

Opis
Replaces the Magnum with Killy's GBE from BLAME!

Do note the file size, mostly because of 4K textures from Substance and I'm too lazy to scale them down properly.

Reload_Empty animations are based off of the netflix movie when he injects himself with those syringes to power the GBE. The nonempty reload anims, I had no idea what to do, so if you have suggestions put them in the comment. And the knife is based off the figurama statue.
