Reload timer 5 doesn't have the reload timer 6 in the actions, so it is failing to enable the launch timer to fire the next salvo. The complete version that has the welder and drive rotor included doesn't have this issue.

A note to anyone; you need to add the drive rotor to all the event controllers if building in survival.
