There are so many diseases, so many medications, that you end up dying quickly without knowing what to do.
And don't come at me with 'it has a mod guide.' NO!
If the player has to go to a website or forum to look for help, your in-game mod is useless. I installed it, tested it, and it certainly won't be included on my server when it goes online.
It is essential that the diseases do not occur so abruptly, do not kill so fast (a flu killing you in less than a day? How is that possible?) and, above all, that the diseases are easier to treat, without you having to take tons of pills, or get a medical degree in real life to know what to do in the game.
I do not recommend it."
If this is possible, please let me know. I'd be grateful.
