in two months later more human countries has been founded but they are not come from the same universe and timeline (except Poland and United Kingdom), they are came to the parallel universes, Third Reich comes after the World War 2 winning by Axis Powers, Russian Empire and German Reich comes after World War 1 winning by Central Powers (in thats universe Bolsheviks are losing the Russian Civil War), New California Republic cames after the other Nuclear War timeline (please search the Fallout universe), United Earth cames from after The Great Unification War (thats universe Cold War never turned hot and many years later Earth become single nation when the alternate World War 3 is ending).
