Note!! the country selection is based on the equipment used, not political allegiance

A framework mutator that allows you to change roundels on my eastern and soviet aircraft. If an aircraft wasn't used by the selected country it will default to the Russian red star

you can now make your own custom color schemes by using this package[github.com] or subscribing to an existing one and following these steps

@Indomitusnex I don't think that would be very helpful. Yugoslavia only used 2 Soviet jet fighters being the MiG-21 and MiG-29. It would probably end up being in a western roundel mutator.

@Bhavarsch do you see china/Cuba in the mutator? Did you update the migs?
