Bar Flies Expanded

Have you ever entered a bar and wanted to chat up one of regulars there? Be it pumping them for information or just talk?

Well this mod aims to expand the bar experience by giving you the chance to chat up the local bar fly.

How this will work is that each town will have its own unique bar fly. That local will have dialogue and responses unique to that region as well as its world state! Along with their sensibilities! Because one wrong word can get you into a bar fight.

But hey, you can also make em chummy with you by buying drinks as well.
