I'm interested in a communal republic, not a commercial one like Venice.
Important to note is that it does not use the standardized title id. Example of a strandard title id: (18132), simply put just numbers. Instead use the "title key and dejure lieges" id, often followed by a combination of certain letters and numbers, example of this: (x_c_nomad_697).
So to put it into action do this in the console:
(for current character you are playing)
give_title x_c_nomad_697
(for a specific character)
give_title x_c_nomad_697 43216
43216 being the character id.
Hope this helped you!
