10m Autoloaders and Clips for APS

This mod adds a set of 10m clips and autoloaders for APS to the game. This modification does not require a plugin and should not ever become obsolete or outdated unless the way APS is coded changes fundamentally. As such, it should be future safe for use in your builds. I personally don't ever play current FtD, so unless specific issues arise or maintenance is required I'll be rather hands off with this. Costs, health and similar stats were extrapolated from existing APS blocks. Volatility and EMP susceptibility were copied from existing APS blocks. The new components can be found in their logical places in the existing APS block menu.
