Basic HUD for Workshop Scenarios

This is the Basic HUD that comes with Classic Marathon Infinity, but enabled for all workshop scenarios. If you get this, you'll see it twice in Classic Marathon Infinity, sorry. But you can use it with other scenarios.

It attempts to make as few assumptions as possible, which allows it to work on a wide variety of scenarios, but is a little ugly. Normal/Double/Largest preference is supported, but the plugin will try not to cover too much of the weapons. Double isn't enabled until 2k, and Largest is really only useful at 4k.
