Additional Alerts v1.0.1 for Europa Universalis IV v1.37

ABOUT:
Adds 6 additional alerts to the game, which will appear under the age button when their conditions are met.
A list of the alerts with more information can be found on the mod's wiki[gitlab.com]
Each alert can separately be enabled or disabled, and in multiplayer, different players can have different alerts enabled/disabled for their country.

COMPATIBILITY:
Not achievement compatible.
Multiplayer compatible.
Safe to install/update on existing saves.
Incompatible with mods that edit topbar.gui.

This mod seems to remove the alerts for AI peace offers in the Ante Bellum mod.
Vanilla doesn't have this issue though.

I know its removing the peace offer alerts because i have my message settings set to popup and pause when i reject a peace offer and so in the Ante Bellum mod i get this popup every once in a while saying i rejected a peace offer while i haven't even gotten one.
Then when i turn the mod off i instantly get peace offers again.

With the protestant faith, when you choose an aspect you also get a temporary 10 year buff in addition to the basic aspect modifier. Having an alert that tells you when this temporary buff has ran out would be a great QoL change!

It was never ironman compatible

Latest update may have broken Ironman compatibility.
It was working fine yesterday, I haven't made any changes with my environment.
Always possible it's on my end, but thought I should let you know.

Minor changes:
- Settings window is now moveable
- Settings window position has been adjusted to be more centered on various resolutions

I just played this mod for the first time with Qing and it's really helpful. I have one suggestion though, I often didn't realise that I was already at 100 mandate so a max mandate alert would be cool. Thank you for making this mod!
