In a nutshell - yes.
You can technically use them together. But with overhauls you might encounter 2 issues:
First, Sarvente's mods do rely on a lot of vanilla stuff. Since overhauls usually do change vanilla tables, you might encounter completely unexpected issues.
And second - they will be completely imbalanced. Not that they have perfect balance for vanilla, but they were at least created for it. However mods like Radious/SFO/C&C have completely different balance from vanila.
Also they might not have some features introduced by overhauls - for example is all kislev units have a specific new passive from Radious, this hero will not have it, as it need to be added manually via table edit.
Thanks for the note, I have fixed her blue line skills.
She uses existing set of blue skills from another hero - if it was changed, skills might get messed up. I will have a look when I will have time.
