Widescreen Marathon 2 Classic HUD - Universal Edition

Description
Widescreen version of Marathon 2's classic HUD. Also expands the 3D game view for any aspect ratio.
Adds a second inventory page, in netgames the extra page allows the scoreboard to be separate from the inventory display.
Ultrawides are also supported via letterboxing the HUD. Better ultrawide support is currently in development.

Automatically detects & switches to appropriate graphics for most custom scenarios!

To activate, subscribe to this workshop item, then launch the game and go to
Preferences -> Graphics -> HUD Plugin
Select "Classic M2 (Widescreen Enhanced)" from the list.

For the most "classic but widescreen" experience, I also recommend these other settings:
Limit Vertical View: OFF
FOV Override: 96 if 16:9 screen, 90 if 16:10 screen, 112 (for 21:9) or 132 (for 32:9 weirdos)
HUD Size: Largest

Alright, user error was the cause of my issue, in case anyone else has the same issue, switching to proton version 9.0-4 fixed it.

I'm getting an error when loading into the vanilla M2 scenario (idk about other scenarios) with this installed, "[string "HUD Lua"]:85: attempt to index local 'f' (a nil value)." The HUD bar appears, but the weapon and ammo count display thing is empty, just the background texture.

@moderatelyneeto I haven't seen anybody with this problem. Does it happen with other hud plugins such as "Enhanced HUD" too? Do you have any other plugins loaded such as hi-res mods?If yes to either of those I'm not sure this is something I can do anything about.

When I try to play with this I get weird "boxes" around enemies I am shooting at. Any way to fix that?
