Yet Another Weapon - Addon and Fixes

An addon for Yet Another Weapon that adds a couple of small changes, additions, and fixes. These include the addition of a Streak Stream SRM 4 and 6, alternate versions of the SNPPC similar to its appearance in HBSTech, a revamped X-Pulse Laser that's a combo of its TT and MW4 versions, and new X variants of all PPCs. Also fixes some issues with the market models and icons along with some subjective changes.

FIXES
- Added new marketplace models and icons.
- Corrected weapon short and long names for spelling errors and better organization.
- Binary Laser SB requires DLC 6 and uses the same tags as the standard Binary Laser.
- Fixed only standard MGs doing 1/2 damage if YAML is enabled. All MGs are now affected by this as intended.
- Fixed firing, damage, and particle effects on several weapons.
- Updated audio on several weapons.
- Removed Arrow IV TAG/NARC requirement and corrected Arrow IV HE breaking target lock on all missiles.
- Fixed a vanilla bug that caused lock-on only missiles to crash the game when fired at non-targetable structures.
- Removed mech tonnage restrictions on the Long Tom, Sniper, and Thumper. Cannons can be mounted to arms while Artillery Pieces are locked to torso-only.
- Fixed the CAP PPC's capacitor mechanic to properly account for heat and damage changes.
- Fixed soft stat errors in several weapons.
- Corrected plasma/inferno interaction with turrets.
- Artillery now hits more consistently and impacts performance less.
