increase attribute cap

描述
increase attribute cap up to 19.

Warning: It makes attributes go out of the UI. It means it is not beautiful. I do not recommend to use this mod alone.

I tried to sustain balance, but it can be bad for other people.

Save game compatible. Warning: if you increased attribute beyond the vanilla cap and you remove ths mod, it will break the save.

This mod is for increase level cap mod.

Nice job. How edit it to increase cap to 25 or more? I use other mods (and level cap 40) and some times I reach the skill's limit.

At court (greeks) you can gain more court positions when gaining enough allegiance points.
one of the court positions gives you skill points to spend on any of you generals ... (non english, hope I explained correctly what I meant)

can I use this mod + the one that adjusts AI without your mod that increases the level cap?
Just if I want to fill with competenz points that should work too ...right?
