Adds the Tactical Knife as a new, Sabre-Class weapon.

A straight-edged, simple and small blade meant to be a leathal last resort for any unluckly individual to have gotten a little too close for confort.

You should flip the knife upside down when the player hold it in hes hands. would look cooler :)

What do you think about...

Bleed: 0.8
Human: 1.1
Animal: 0.95
Robot: 0.55
Armour: 0.76
INTERIOR: 4
ATK: +2
DEF: -2

(I don't touch Damaged but in some of my mods i config max 0.8 to this class of short blades)It's just a suggestion, could experiment with those numbers one day. bye bye >w<
