REUPLOADED: L4D1 DOOM Animated Icons of Survivors

_Ilshat52_ has addressed on his profile that he has archived all the addons added in the workshop, and thus wishes not to see them on his workshop, however allowed to publish them as his permission was given, where he's devoting more time on his life. I'm doing some work to restore this mod at potential peak.

It replaces the icons of survivors both ingame and in lobby from L4D1 within the style from DOOM 1993. They are animated, looking back and forth.

This works with any (?) HUD.
