Multi-storey residential building, based on an actual real building existing in the city of Szczecin (Stettin), Poland. Comes either as an 3 section building or as an single section which is collision free in order to anable the player to construct multi-section developtments. Houses 420 or 140 people, quality of living 89%. Also includes an small community store which is collision free for placement next to an residential building.
