Thanks for the advice.
However, I try to avoid using other modders' works as samples whenever possible. I want to make it easier for users to understand which parts of my mod are influenced by others. (I'm using NALS's work because I believe it won't cause any confusion, given his long-standing reputation. Thank you!)
That said, I'm starting to feel a bit embarrassed, so I'll quickly change the sample image to something else.
It's a little embarrassing, but I'd be happy if it made you smile
Just to make sure I understand: in the Jewelry mod, accessories like earrings can be equipped but are not displayed visually, and you are suggesting a patch that would allow them to use my textures, correct?
My mod is based on the concept of “adding decorative items that have the same stats as vanilla but can be enjoyed visually.”
If I step into extending the mechanics of other mods, I feel it might blur the original direction of my work.
If I ever consider this kind of support, it would likely be as a small, separate patch mod rather than part of the main one.
Still, I really appreciate your idea, and it makes me happy to know you’d like to see more possibilities for the accessories!
Could there be a patch to make that mod’s accessories visible on pawns using your textures?
That would be amazing!
Thanks to your comment, I discovered the amazing "Layers: Capes and Armor" mod and even learned a thing or two.
Transmog is such a handy tool—I’m a big fan of it myself!
Wishing you lots of fun with your character customization!
I appreciate you taking a look though
It seems that the author manually creates individual patches for each item to make them compatible (such impressive attention to detail!).
At the moment, my mod doesn’t appear to be included in that list, so if it is ever added, it would likely come through an update from that mod’s author.
Thank you very much for your question!
