[ZWB] Zippy's Weapon Base

A simple, high-quality weapon base that is reliable and easy to use! No mumbo-jumbo, just a robust weapon base that behaves as you'd expect! Make new SWEP addons with ease!
Not to be confused with my NPC Base: ZBASE!
