[CWL] Half-Life2/GMOD MP7

This adds the MP7 slot as it's own weapon, meaning that it's a new primary SMG that will cycle between the SMGs; With the same feel and stats taken from Half Life 2 and respecting the balancing of L4D2.

I made the script and model seperate just in case someone wants to make their own model for this weapon. (For example; Maybe someone prefers the COD version, or the CS one./)
This will also make it beneficial for multiplayer games because only the host needs to have the script and the rest just a model of their choosing.

- Weapon file name: "weapon_mp7"
- Spawn command: "/cwl create weapon_mp7"
