(Older version) (credits to Super Upgrade Titan cameraman and IQ3)
It's upgraded titan tv man. He has some minor changes: High detail core, more accurate armor on the tvs, and some other small things.
first and second screenshot taken at Gm_blackmesa_Trainyard. 3rd screenshot taken at Black Mesa - Satellite Silo Day, Hydro Plant Night. 4th and 5th taken at rp_Desert_Conflict. 6th and 7th taken at gm_DesertDriving_2017.
