VGUI for Roberto's Hatless Bill (V2).

It already has an incap and hud icon, so this is just the lobby.
I made my own hair for the hatless Bill lobby icon so used this addon as an excuse to show it off.

very much depends on what the request is. survivors with more skin showing or some variation of hatless ellis or something i wont do for a request as that would take a lot of effort to make look good
