Shogunate Mainland Expansion: Korea & Northeast China

This mod expands the Shogunate map to include the Korean Peninsula and parts of Northeast China.



Overview
This mod extends the Shogunate map to feature:
  • The Joseon Dynasty of Korea
  • The Ming Dynasty of China
  • Various Jurchen tribes inhabiting Manchuria

It enhances historical immersion by adding new regions, cultures, and nations that shaped East Asian history during the late medieval to early modern period.

classic shogunate 1.16 https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3614246058 is here and runs with current version of mainland

The current version of Mainland only works with CK3 1.16, but the Shogunate mod itself is broken in 1.16. I tried using the Shogunate Beta and Shogunate Unofficial mods, but both cause province bugs. I also restored CK3 to 1.15, where Shogunate works fine, but the Mainland mod (latest version) no longer loads. Could the author share the 1.15 version of Mainland that is compatible with 1.15 (April/May 2025 update) so that it can be used with Shogunate on CK3 1.15?

and the counties in korea is a mess, maybe you can combine some smaller ones like they did in the main mod in japan?

crazy update to this mod didn't even recognize it at first- im wondering what are your plans with this mod obviously you have added most of the manchurian region do you plan on adding the rest of china, taiwan, or even other places?
