No More Random Flags

In vanilla campaign, when a new ship is spawned, there are chances for its core to be assigned with random ai flags, which sometimes ruins the ship's behaviour by turning it into a dumb ass (like applying ripple fire to all weapons).

This mod includes a modified cvar to completely disable the random flags feature, making sure all your ship captains are qualified and ready to fight. Enjoy!
