WARNING! THIS OVERRIDES PARTICLES_MANIFEST.TXT!

Therefore, it might conflict with other mods or become obsolote in the future. So use carefully.
And i'm not sure, but it might require a manual installation too. (put in custom folder)

Gives the unused npc_houndeye some attack effects, so they'll now shake your screen on attack!
