I just discovered that on Custom campaigns like Cristal Impact the rockets are still missing, but why ? Its using the default vanilla.

You just have to find the right people for those good old times.
I for example never speed run. I always go for 100% secrets and kills.

Well now that they use Unreal, either they will make Serious Sam 5 on it and it might be worse in performance since no developer uses UE to its optimal usage.
I can expect them to remake the HD, BFE and 4 on it and then call it FUSION 2
