Mariko is a martial art expert

Although she uses her hands and feet with dexterity, she also enjoys wielding the large nodachi sword (野太刀) (長刀) in melee combat to be able to neutralize as many enemies as possible.

Mariko is not very disciplined and often at the sight of the enemy she tends to rush towards him without waiting for orders.

She can easily camouflage herself and thus attack her opponents without even having been spotted, very useful during siege battles.

Mariko has an automatic healing ability (for her and nearby allies) which is triggered when enemies close to them flee in rout. Once activated, enemies cannot move during the entire duration of the effect.

Mariko is only available for Cathay the three main factions (New campaign only)
