Blanc - [Hyperdimension Neptunia]

Adds both custom appearance and custom face of Blanc from Hyperdimension Neptunia.

Blanc's face is in the brows slot. To get it to display properly please select the brows and mouth that come with the mod, eye slot need to be a blank, transparent picture. Blank transparent eyes also come with the mod.

There is also an alternative, less angry face for Blanc available in the Hyperdimension Neptunia collection.
