描述
Adds heavy plate armour, heavy plate helmet and heavy plate leggings. All of them can be colored. Can be found in United Cities, Mongrel and Tech Hunters' armour vendors along with the blueprints.

Without an import the blueprints showed up for me at the great library, so yes they do exist.

yes it does, can be bought from United Cities, Mongrel or Tech Hunters' armourers
