I suggest correcting these values and if possible to also add min and maxleveldifficulty parameters on the missions that don't have them so the game can properly distribute them.

I would like to point out the problems with fractal boss spawns. Their spawn rate is too huge. When you need to kill them along the way, it is literally guaranteed to spawn. Of all the hunting grounds, 0 times other bosses and vanilla bosses, only a guard who hits with his head with radiation.
