Neptune from the Hyperdimension series is a playermodel!
Have fun and enjoy as always!

The way I rigged this, her dress doesn't move with her legs, this is because that would cause ugly stretching of the textures. The only downside to this is that during some animations, her legs my clip through her dress. It's not a big deal, but I thought I should mention it.
