Death Toll Apocalypse campaign Nav fix

描述
Replaces original navigation meshes with the rebuiled ones.

Changelog:
• fixed an issue with the common infected spawning incorrectly: literally in front of or behind you;
• fixed an issue with the common infected not being alerted by the survivors on sight;
• fixed an issue with the survivor bots not picking up weapons and items.

Notice:
• this add-on does not include the campaign itself — just the .nav files;
• this add-on is needed for locally hosted or dedicated servers only.

The patch is compatible with any version of the campaign.

It's definitely a common thread with the Apocalypse campaigns. Without fixes like these I can't recommend playing them on single without having Left 4 Bots to command them to pick up weapons, items and ammo manually.
