Editable Volume Light

A spawnable editor version of the volumetric light effect from the Draconic Base for screenshot authors, video creators, or just general use for Sandbox.

The editor spawns as a special glowing model which points in the direction of the light, and will derender when any weapon that isn't the physgun or the toolgun is equipped. It has a very small collision radius as to not be in the way of scene creation.

Editor settings:

• Colour: the colour of the light
  
• Power: the "power" of the light when dynamic is enabled.
  
• Length: The total length of the effect, in no specific unit of measurement.
  
• Width: Influences both how fast the light reaches full size as well as total width
  
• Quality: Must be a factor of Length, reduces number of particles used to create the effect. Very low values may result in gaps.
  
• Dynamic: When enabled, the light's intensity will decrease if it is in brighter spaces.
