M4A4 HUD icon (M16)

Another HUD icon mod, this time for the M4A1 Carbine w/o carry handle, which, for whatever reason, CS:GO refers to as the M4A4 Carbine, despite the fact that no such weapon with this name actually exists; it's actually a Mk18. Enough rambling for now, though; this is meant to replace the M16 HUD icon. I decided not to include the flashlight in the HUD icon, as there are two variants of M4A4s with different flashlight placements: M4A4 with HyperMetal animations and M4A4 with Inter animations.

• If you downloaded this mod while in game, you may need to restart L4D2 for it to work properly. This also applies to any other HUD icons you may have downloaded.
  
• The HUD icon script may interfere with server consistency. If you are unable to connect to a server that is enforcing consistency, temporarily disable this mod and try reconnecting.
