现在全派系（混沌勇士、自定义混沌大军、野兽人、绿皮除外）可以在占领城镇的时候选择直升城镇等级（类似鼠人），同时调整鼠人、混沌矮人升级时候的食物、秘会影响力的消耗

All factions (except for Beastmen, Daemon, Greenskin, Chaos Warriors) now have the option to upgrade to town level when capturing a town (Similar to Skaven), also reduces the amount of consumed by the Skaven / Chaos Dwarfs when upgrade the main city


兼容旧档，对mod添加的派系无效
Compatible with the old game saves, does not work on factions added by mods
